We have wireless internet access, instant access to the MLS, public records, online transaction management, and legal advice. All of the tools and services that our teams of agents need in order to better serve you are implemented and integrated throughout the office. We love providing personal, courteous service, and we are committed to your satisfaction. That is why you can also reach us quickly by email and voice mail if we are out listing or selling property. *Most recently, our office received the coveted “Lead Agency” title for Southern California - San Diego County. My Staff We have expert office administration and support. Our highly experienced staffcoordinates meetings, sets schedules, answers your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents. Mortgage/Loan Process Our mortgage company is a branch office of CFIC Mortgage. It is open to serve your Real Estate and Mortgage needs countrywide. We have an in-house Financial Coordinator ready to assist from the pre-qualification to the final close.

About ME:

I came out of the womb leading the way, and have maintained my spot in front ever since. I have consistently maintained a much higher sales volume than the average agent, translating into a higher experience level than the average agent. I was the Neighborhood Sales Manager for a top builder, and this provided me with the knowledge needed to excel in this business. So many contracts, so many closings, I could tell you where to sign while going thru the car wash, getting a manicure and taking a nap! My understanding of the purchase and sales contract is unparalleled. You tell me to close, I close it. You want it, it’s yours. As you can imagine, this training also laid the foundation for my excellent rapport with agents in the community. I build bridges, build relationships and close deals. That’s my job. I always kill them with kindness – that’s what ‘they’ say, and well, I listen….to everything!

I read the fine print; I know the tricks of the trade and the language of the contract. I have always been the sales and education leader, achieving awards for closings, customer service, and information overload! Do I really think I am ‘Supergirl’? Of course not! (But don’t try to tell my daughter that!)
